Preface

K-Horn Science Inc. has accomplished the new technology economy system (TES) since 1986, and obtained the 1998 APEC’s Bill of "E-Commerce", which has further promoted to be the best practice policy, and brought new hope to 240 million new entrepreneurs around the world—so it is called "Social Responsibility Investment" (SRI).

Nowadays, the "Cashless" system has reached a transaction volume of USD 36 trillion. Moreover, "All things are internet-connected intellectually" (AIoT) which is derived from TES has become the future industrial policy of the worldwide. In order to proceed the related affairs for attaining the profits that has to release the shares for sufficient funds to lay the foundation of the future industry and do the long-term investment to achieve new enterprise, in addition to open the way for the generation to come.

Capital Planning:

The conclusion of discussion at the meeting as below: It is estimated that the allocation of 10 million shares that will be released in two stages.


1. Specific Individuals: Release 2 million shares to raise the seeds-fund.

2. International Auction: Provide 8 million shares with a bid price of USD 50 per share for institutional investors to bid for, and obtain the operation fund for establishing a headquarter and building the plants, from pilot exercise to the global commercial use.

Factory-build Planning:

Building Area: One hectare is expected.

Surrounding Land: Ten hectares are expected to be available for expansion.

Expected Benefits: Ten thousand new job opportunities and derivative value chains of USD 10 trillion will be created.

Product Description:

The new tech-economic system-"The eStore System" (TES)-contains a long list of inventions: "Power Chip/ Contactless TranSmart Card and Its Reading Device/ RF Transmitter/ VAM & eStore / TSCM/ ICT/ Control Center/ Interphone/ Inductive ATM/ Entrance Security Device/ ETC/ Small Business/ 3C/ EC/ TES---" all of them become what people need in the 21st century . There are four main features in summary as following:


1 Upgrade the traditional currency to "Cashless" electronic payment—such as EasyCard/ Suica/ Alipay and etc.;

2. Upgrade the traditional store to the electronic store (eStore)—turning the vending machine into the charging station;

3. The ICT Control Center manages the information flow—about USD 5 billion/ZB and the monetary flow of around USD10 trillion;

4. Advocate that to link the four major satellite systems to develop new-tech products such as the related communication/ radio frequency transmitter/ antenna/ receiver.

Achievement

The economy bodies are improving relevant infrastructures year by year, for example, the global cashless transaction volume of item 1 has reached USD 36 trillion. The Item 2 has upgraded that Japan’s vending machines and it will increase fiscal revenue by 500 billion yen through connecting those apparatus.  Upgrading 2 million eStores in the United States that will be able to meet President Biden’s electrification policy in 2021, and to be a feasible tech-economic system for the “AIoT.” On February 28, President Tsai Ing-wen's policy announced: "The central government subsidizes NTD 11 billion to develop AIoT." Meanwhile, A reserve land of Taiwan Power is expropriated as a new science park.

Beverages will be upgraded in eStore

"Healthy Beverages" to replace those carbonated beverages have become a major trend in the future. K-Horn Science Inc. developed a super extraction device in the 1990s to obtain "Flavonoid" (FND) with a content of more than 10,000 Da—It is mainly extracted from the plants to establish people's correct concept of "Healthy Beverages". Nowadays, the new market emerged with US$ hundreds of billions has a very broad development space.

International Initiative:

We were invited to the APEC CEO Summit to propose "IIA-TES", which advocated the "Seven Collaboration Items between Taiwan and the United States":

A. Taiwan is responsible for manufacturing/supply chain and ICT Control Center;

B. The United States provides scientific research/financial/IP enforcement and logistics.


Achievement:

Throughout the incrementalism for forming the workable policies, the initiatives are now taking shape gradually; in short, there is a legal basis to promote various affairs, and the profits can be expected.

Growing Stages:

In 1986, due to the taxis were robbed frequently, and the withdrawal of foreign companies that caused seriously unemployment; in order to respond these social problems, we expected solving the social issues so that invented "the Electronic Store/ Shopping System" (TES)—including many offspring inventions, one of them, "Cashless" e-payment which is to hope that taxi drivers will not be robbed again. And a large number of unemployment waves can decrease the threshold by TES— “working at home to earn the world money” for those who in need starting a business—this is also an invention that benefits new entrepreneurs around the world today; according to the APEC’s statistics: "It can help 240 million new entrepreneurs." Consequently, it’s called as “SRI” (social responsibility investment). After research and development, we gained the RD results, then to do the international initiatives, our inventions have been achieved one by one. Nowadays, our "PFI" (Private Finance Initiative) will be sent to the Legislative Yuan for review in May to update the regulations on promoting participation so that people can through voluntary service to others and lay a long-term development foundation for Taiwan.


Comparison of Investments:

In addition to the huge profits of the said industry, there is also the double benefit of "IP" (Intellectual Property). Recently, AIoT has become the main future industrial policy of various countries, look at the industry's gross profit margin of about 70% through the estimated income statement, assuming that it's in normal operation and does not distribute dividends—It is estimated that its accumulated EPS for five years will be $74.

There is no market for investing in the real estate, and the bank deposit interest rate gradually tends to a decimal point; therefore, choosing TES for the best asset allocation is like sowing the seed on good soil, and it produces a crop, thirty, sixty and a hundred times.

 

Peter Li-Chang Kuo, the Creator of K-Horn Science Inc.; Peter started manufacturing the fine electronic parts and becoming the most important supplier of AVNET Inc. (NYSE listed company) since 1966; then developed many processing methods/ automations/ applied materials to create Taiwan's Precision Industry. Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo admired him as "the father of Taiwan's Precision Industry" in 1974. Peter’s "Power Chip" was developed by "pico-tech" that to estimate the output value will be USD 3.8 trillion, which is the great trend of future green energy. In the APEC CEO Summits and Ministerial Meetings, Peter promoted that "Anti-Corruption/ Artificial Intelligence/ Best Practice/ EMI/ E-Commerce/ Global Channel-TES/ ICT/ IPR/ Incubator/ Micro-Business..." and other themes and bills.
